Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Assessment

Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.

• Clinical Procedures

Perform clinical tasks such as wound care, intravenous therapy, and other nursing procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.

• Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to coordinate care and support comprehensive treatment plans.

• Patient Education & Advocacy

Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-care procedures while providing emotional support and advocating for patient needs.

• Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate patient records, document clinical observations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

• Continuous Improvement

Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

Licensure & Certification:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid license to practice.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting, with experience in patient care and nursing practices. Experience in specialized areas (e.g., critical care, pediatrics) is a plus.

Clinical Skills:

Proficient in patient assessments, administering medications, wound care, and using healthcare technology. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
