 JOB TITLE: CINEMATOGRAPHER

LOCATION: OMOLE PHASE 1, LAGOS.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties, emphasizing key features for marketing purposes.
  • Apply cinematic techniques to create engaging property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
  • Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand their vision and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with editing teams to maintain a consistent visual style during post-production.
  • Develop virtual tours for properties, offering potential buyers an immersive experience.
  • Capture high-resolution photographs of real estate properties, focusing on key selling points and architectural details.
  • Ensure that images accurately represent the property's aesthetics and features to attract potential buyers.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of post-production software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
