We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who can function as both a

Project/Product Manager and a Digital Marketing expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for managing products from ideation to post-launch, developing go-to-market strategies, and

driving customer engagement.


This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of

product marketing, project management, and digital marketing.



Key Responsibilities


●Manage projects from ideation to launch and post-launch, ensuring smooth

execution and continuous optimization.

●Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products/brands.

●Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and

growth opportunities.

●Lead cross-functional teams to align product development and marketing efforts with

business goals.

●Oversee the development of marketing content, campaigns, and sales enablement

materials.

●Utilize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid

ads) to drive product awareness and sales.

●Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and analytics to optimize marketing strategies.

●Ensure effective stakeholder management, aligning different teams towards a common

product vision.

●Possess strong leadership skills to drive teams, provide direction, and ensure the

successful execution of projects.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or project/product

management.

●Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email

marketing).

●Experience with product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategy.

●Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush,

etc.).

●Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).

●Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable

insights.

●Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.


Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects.


Preferred Qualifications


    Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B markting is a plus. 
    Certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management is an added advantage.
