Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:
- Use workday and other variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, either in person or virtually, and facilitate interview panels when necessary.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for interviews, candidate evaluations, and feedback loops.
- Oversee the offer and negotiation process, ensuring that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with company policies
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive image through consistent messaging and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ensure clear communication throughout the process, providing candidates with timely updates and feedback
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine and improve the talent acquisition process
- Collaborate with the HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, from offer acceptance to the first day of work.
- Ensure that new hires feel welcomed and well-integrated into the organization.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Manage recruitment budgets, allocate resources effectively, and make cost-effective decisions when sourcing and attracting candidates.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates is considered for each role.
