With physical outlets in key cities and a growing online presence, we’re revolutionizing consumer electronics sales through physical stores, digital marketing, affiliate programs, and social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven, strategic, and tech-savvy Sales Leader to manage and grow revenue across all Ukamart sales channels. This includes overseeing in-store retail sales, online transactions, dispatch delivery performance, and affiliate-driven conversions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience, digital growth, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across all channels
• Lead sales efforts for new and used phones, laptops, and accessories
• Optimize in-store and online sales funnels for higher conversion
• Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute online sales campaigns
Team Leadership
• Manage and motivate sales teams across all branches
• Set clear KPIs and sales targets; provide coaching and performance reviews
• Train new hires and maintain a high-performing sales culture
Customer Relationship Management
• Build relationships with VIP and returning customers
• Ensure superior customer service across in-store, website, WhatsApp, and social platforms
• Gather and implement customer feedback to improve experience and retention
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Analyze sales trends and identify improvement areas
• Collaborate with finance and operations for forecasting and inventory alignment
Digital & Cross-Channel Growth
• Support digital marketing and affiliate efforts to drive online sales
• Promote affiliate programs and social commerce (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Shop)
• Collaborate with content creators and influencers to boost reach
Inventory & Merchandising
• Work closely with procurement to ensure availability of top-selling items
• Recommend new product additions based on sales data and trends
• Oversee store display and online product presentation to maximize appeal
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership (retail and/or e-commerce)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of retail sales dynamics and online commerce strategies
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools, POS systems, and sales dashboards
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
• Experience managing affiliate or influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and Jumia
• Understanding of Nigeria’s mobile phone and electronics market
