Sales trainee/Executive trainee will be expected to initiate, maintain, and deepen new/existing business
relationships as a primary core function. As an everyday field-based employee, he/she is equally expected to perform a daily field function of prospecting and attracting high net-worth individuals . This will involve speaking (face-to-face,telephone, virtually, etc.) to a specified number of profile- matched high net-worth individuals with a prime objective of introducing the company’s services, getting them interested and then connecting them to engagement team to enable closure, thereby converting them into clients.
In summary, a sales trainee/executive trainee shall engage in new business acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling from our offerings’ menu of wealth retention services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Initiate, plan and execute daily field sales calls.
• Attend scheduled sales process and product training.
• Weekly submission of profiled interested clients.
• Mapping out good catchment areas for prospecting.
• Maintain good relationships with high net-worth individuals and also follow up for referrals.
• Facilitate the provision of product quotes to clients.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• At least NYSC discharge certificate.
• Working experience is an added advantage.
SALARY EXPECTATIONS
Up to 500,000
