We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale, diversified agricultural enterprise located in Epe, Lagos State. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing complex farm operations, leading teams, and implementing modern, sustainable farming practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient farming strategies aligned with seasonal cycles and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of farm workers, supervisors, and technical staff; ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and the use of sustainable agricultural methods.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, yield forecasts, labor productivity, and operational costs.
• Evaluate and adopt modern farming technologies and methods to drive productivity and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive farm management experience, preferably within large-scale or commercial agricultural operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading farm operations.
• Proficiency in farm management software, data analysis, budgeting, and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
