The Role

We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Lead to take ownership of user acquisition across paid and organic channels. This isn’t just about running ads. You’ll help shape strategy, work across teams, and build systems that scale.


What You'll Do

Growth Campaigns

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Google, and Snapchat
  • Test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to drive conversion
  • Own campaign budgets and track performance daily

Acquisition Funnel

  • Improve flows across web, social, and app
  • Set up and manage referral incentives, rewards, and UTM tracking
  • Optimize App Store listings to boost organic installs

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own dashboards in Firebase, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
  • Track CAC, CPI, LTV, and ROAS
  • Monitor user cohorts and recommend retention strategies

Marketing Ops

  • Coordinate campaign timelines and asset delivery
  • Maintain organized documentation in Notion, Google Drive, and MEGA
  • Work with vendors, freelancers, and agency partners when needed


Who You Are

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or performance strategy
  • Experience scaling a mobile-first product (fintech or consumer apps a plus)
  • Strong grasp of the Nigerian digital landscape, from TikTok to WhatsApp groups
  • Comfortable with data, creative testing, and fast execution
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Firebase or Mixpanel
  • Zapier, Typeform, Bitly, UTM tools
  • Sheets or Excel for budgets and projections
