Role: Live-in Security Officer


Location: Ajao Estate Lagos


Salary: 70,000


Duties and Responsibilities


* Regular surveillance and patrol of the premises to maintain order and establish presence.


* Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and directing traffic all through business hours.


* Report incidents and suspicious behaviors or activities.


* Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the environment.


* Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.


* Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions before entering or leaving the company premises.


* Verify visitors before allowing into the premises.


* Provide assistance to people in need and respond to enquiries.


* Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before the them arrival of authorities.


* Provide daily reports, including relevant information, observations, and surveillance footage.


* Give monthly reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.


* Cleaning the office space and environment.


* Assist in the loading and unloading of goods.


Requirements:


  • Young and energetic.
  • Ability to communicate in English Language.
  • Previous experience as a security officer in an organisation.
