Are you a results-driven professional with a solid background in life claims administration? We’re looking for a Team Lead, Group Life Claims to join our dynamic team and help us drive operational excellence in claims processing and customer satisfaction.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end Group Life Claims administration process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely discharge voucher processing and claims settlement.
  • Coordinate recovery processing and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports and performance updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal, and industry standards.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in life claims management, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Chartered Member of the CIIN (Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria) – mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
