Brief Job Overview

Neveah Limited is a leading commodity trading company established in 2014, with its head office in Abuja and five operational offices across Nigeria. The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

Role Overview:

Ensure recycled metals meet customer and regulatory quality standards through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute QC test plans per ISO 9001 standards.
Inspect raw materials and finished products; record and analyze data.
Calibrate and maintain lab instruments; ensure traceability.
Collaborate in root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related.
5 years’ QC experience, including 2 in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in SPC and quality management systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

SMART KPIs:

First Pass Yield: ≥98% per production batch.
Customer Rejections: <1% defect rate in shipments.
Calibration Compliance: 100% instruments calibrated on schedule.
Corrective Actions: Resolve ≥90% of NCRs within 30 days.
