Engagement Type: Part-Time


Weekly Hours: 10–12 hours


Remuneration: ₦50,000 monthly

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised and proactive Assistant to support the Lead Consultant with day-to-day operations, content planning and creation, research, and project execution. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the fields of Human Resource Management, Business Strategy, and Organisational Development.


Key Responsibilities


1. Content & Social Media Support

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Pearls & Curve’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Draft engaging, informative and brand-aligned content copy for social posts, carousels, and videos.

• Collaborate on ideas and formats that appeal to our target audience (business owners, HR professionals, and operations leads).

• Monitor social media trends and recommend tactics for improved engagement.


2. Document & Presentation Development

• Prepare and format project documents, reports, client proposals and templates using Google Docs/Word.

• Assist with the creation of training slides and visual aids using PowerPoint or Canva.

• Organise and maintain an internal content and resource library for easy access.


3. Administrative Support

• Schedule interviews, strategy calls, and internal/external meetings.

• Prepare and send candidate briefs ahead of interviews and follow up on confirmations.

• Take notes during meetings and prepare concise summary reports or action points.


4. Research & Reporting

• Conduct desk research on trends in HRM, business strategy, operations, and organisational behaviour.

• Gather industry data, benchmarking insights, or best practices to support consulting work.

• Compile weekly or bi-weekly progress and activity reports to the Lead Consultant.


5. Project & Client Support

• Support during client sessions (e.g., meetings, strategy calls, training workshops) occasionally.

• Assist with follow-up actions after client meetings or onboarding.

• Help track ongoing deliverables and ensure timely execution.


Key Skills & Attributes

• Strong written communication skills with a flair for content writing.

• Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, PowerPoint, Trello or Notion.

• Social media fluency – particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable with handling multiple tasks and working independently.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.

• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to grow in the consulting space.

Work Schedule & Remuneration

• This is a remote, part-time role with an estimated workload of 10–12 hours per week.

• Flexibility is allowed, but deadlines and responsiveness are expected.

• Candidate must be available for check-in meetings three times a week.

• Monthly Remuneration: ₦50,000
