Job Title: Legal and Human Resources Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Description

We seek a Legal & HR Lead to oversee our Legal, Company Secretarial and Human Resource duties of the Hold Co and subsidiaries. The Legal & HR Lead will be responsible for the performance of a variety of duties including, reviewing of legal agreements, managing litigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, convening AGMs and supporting HR.


Required Skills


  • Strong commercial/corporate law experience is required (LLB, LLM)
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Drive and ability to take initiative.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving mindset with attention to details.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 4-8 years experience in commercial or corporate law, legal or tax Consulting, legal services in investment bank.
  •  At least 1-2 supervisory / managerial level role reviewing complex legal transaction.
  • Work in fast paced growth environment.
  • Experience in Nigerian law is mandatory, experience in other common law jurisdiction(s) will be useful.
  • Company secretary, compliance and governance knowledge and skills.
