Job Description

 A Software and Hardware Product Specialist will work as part of a centralized support team providing solutions to customers along multiple software and hardware product lines and will play key roles in the successful support and maintenance of the software and the hardware Systems. The Analyst will be responsible for actively supporting the software for new and existing customers. This position has incredible growth potential, as it can be a starting point for any number of career paths within the organisation.


Responsibilities

- Work with the Support Manager to execute the scope and time of customer deliverables to meet the expectations of the customer.

- Manage multiple tickets and tasks simultaneously across different software product lines.

- Solve or Route identified issues to appropriate workflow in a timely manner.

- Work with the Support Manager and/or Project Managers to execute the scope and time of project deliverables to meet the expectations of the Project Implementation team.

- Work with customer or Project Managers to duplicate issues with the software so that they are clearly documented and can be sent to Development for resolution.

- Work with customers to document any requests for new software features so that Development can add requested functionality


Qualifications

- A young graduate with computer related degree.

- Exceptional Analytical skills and proficiency in software environments

- Clear decision making and problem-solving ability

- Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion

- Ability to work well independently and with a team

- Self-motivated


Experience

Computer related degree with DBA knowledge preferable Oracle/SQL

Young energic, flexible graduate who likes to travel and meet people.
