We seek a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, driving audience engagement, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms.

 Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Victoria Island


Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote entertainment events, productions, or content

· Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities

· Use data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize future campaigns

· Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all marketing materials

· Collaborate with the content director, designers, and production team to develop compelling promotional content

· Manage social media strategy, including content planning, audience engagement, and influencer partnerships

· Optimize advertising campaigns

· Track digital trends and leverage new platforms to reach target audiences

· Work with PR and media outlets to secure coverage for events and projects

· Develop partnerships with influencers, brands, and entertainment platforms to expand reach

· Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field

· 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment industry or events industry

· Certification in Marketing (e.g. CIM, ACIPM) is HIGHLY required.

· Strong knowledge of marketing, social media platforms, and advertising strategies

· Deep Understanding of entertainment trends, marketing strategies, and audience engagement techniques

· Previous experience working with film, music, live events, or streaming platforms

· Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and audience engagement
